Anna M. Volino

WELLSVILLE - Anna M. Volino, 83, of Wellsville, died Saturday, July 18, 2015, at East Liverpool City Hospital following a lengthy illness.

She was born September 1, 1931, in Wellsville, the daughter of the late Luigi and Josephine (Sepe) Volino.

Annie graduated from Wellsville High School in 1949 and worked as a type-setter for the East Liverpool Review. Later, she owned and operated Annie's Kitchen in Wellsville until her retirement. She was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church. Annie possessed a fabulous sense of humor and was the glue that held her family together.

Survivors include one sister: Fannie Jarvis of Wellsville; and three brothers: Ralph Volino of East Liverpool, Dominic Volino of East Liverpool, and James Volino of Wellsville. Also surviving are 19 nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.

In addition to her parents, Annie was preceded in death by her sister: Rosa Maggio; and four brothers: Rocco Volino, Mike Volino, Samuel Volino, and Emanuel Volino.

A Catholic Funeral Rite will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, in the chapel at Spring Hill Cemetery in Wellsville with Deacon Dr. Robert Cuttica of the Youngstown Diocese as Presider.

Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial tributes be made to Holy Trinity Parish, 512 Monroe Street, East Liverpool, Ohio 43920.

The Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville has been entrusted with Annie's arrangements.
