WELLSVILLE - Breanna Kay Rawson, lovingly known as "Sweetest" 30, of Wellsville, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at her home following recent health issues.

She was born November 24, 1994, in East Liverpool, the daughter of Kim Rawson (Jamie Allen) and Dana Thornton, both of Wellsville.

Breanna graduated from Wellsville High School in 2013. She was currently employed as a laborer for CA Joseph. She attended Hope Christian Fellowship Church. Breanna was full of life and was fun to be around. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother. She poured her heart into raising her four beautiful children — Brea, Blair, Bricsten, and Blake — all of whom were the center of her world. Whether it was cheering them on from the sidelines, helping with homework, or filling their days with laughter and love, Breanna embraced motherhood with strength, warmth, and unwavering devotion. Her children were not only her pride and joy, but also her greatest legacy.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her children whom she adored: Brea, Blair, Bricsten, and Blake, all of Wellsville; her maternal grandmother, Cindy Ighnat of Stratton; and paternal grandfather, William L. Thornton of Wellsville. Breanna is also survived by her siblings: Davina Thompson (David Santiago), Graylen Thornton, and Elizabeth Greathouse. She will be missed by her uncles: George Rawson (Shawna Crawford Rawson), Joseph Rawson (Ashley Wilson), and Duane Thornton, as well as her aunts: Jackie Sarge and Jolene Thornton. Also surviving is a large and loving extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Breanna was preceded in death in 2015 by her infant daughter, Devonee Faith Rawson; her brother, Jareden Rawson; maternal grandfather, Joseph Rawson, Jr.; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Thornton-McCullough; great-grandmother, Deloris Bergles-Goddard; and cousin, Kenna Rawson.

According to Breanna's wishes, no services will be held.

Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery with her daughter, Devonee.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with Breanna's arrangements.
