Carol J. Buchmann

WELLSVILLE - Carol J. Buchmann, 76, of Wellsville, died Thursday, October 4, 2012, at Calcutta Health Care Center.

She was born December 8, 1935, in Long Beach, CA, the daughter of the late Carl and Elizabeth Mary (Hanzely) Willis.

Carol graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1954 and was an assistant manager for the former Potters Bank and Trust Company and National City Bank before retiring in 1994. Carol was a faithful member of Immaculate Conception Church. She devoted her time helping others by delivering Meals on Wheels, and she enjoyed her friends in the ONO Card Club.

Carol was preceded in death on December 10, 1995, by her husband, James J. Buchmann, whom she married August 30, 1973.

Survivors include one son: William Faloon of East Liverpool; two grandsons: Conor Faloon and Sean Faloon of East Liverpool; and one granddaughter: Jessica Faloon of Burgettstown, PA.

A private service was held at Carol's request.

Burial was in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.

The family requests that memorial tributes be made in Carol's name to Catholic Charities, 600 East Fourth Street, East Liverpool, Ohio 43920.

Services were entrusted to Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville.
