EAST LIVERPOOL - Cassandra Marie Bloor, 54, of East Liverpool, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2026, at East Liverpool City Hospital following a brief illness.

She was born July 2, 1971, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Loren Crawford and Judith Stern.

Cassandra graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1989. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in medical lab science and a Master's degree in Psychology. Cassandra was most recently employed as a professor at Eastern Ohio College. She was also an artist and violinist. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Shawn Bloor of Wellsville; children: Marie (Scott) Patton of East Liverpool and Seth (Alexis) Bloor of Salineville; and four grandchildren: Wyatt, Adalynn, Baen, and Ivy. Also surviving are her siblings: Darren (Laura) Crawford, Lori Smallridge, and Brian (Maureen) Dyke.

According to Cassandra's wishes, no services will be held.

Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with her arrangements.
