WELLSVILLE - Cathy Lynn Kelley, 57, of Wellsville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at her home.

She was born May 4, 1967, in East Liverpool, the daughter of Martha (Marshall) Stillwell of East Liverpool and the late Robert Stillwell. In addition to her father, Cathy was preceded in death on March 25, 2017, by her husband, Michael "Mick" Kelley, whom she married June 24, 2006. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Gregory Stillwell.

Cathy graduated from Beaver Local High School in 1985. She was previously employed at McMillan Abstract. Cathy was a member of the American Legion Post 70, Wellsville VFW 5647, and Wellsville Eagles Aerie 772.

In addition to her mother, Cathy is survived by her siblings: Joyce (Glenn) Mays and Karen Stillwell, both of Calcutta, and Robert (Jaime) Stillwell of Ashville, OH; and her nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Dirk Hall of the Living Well Church officiating.

Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that monetary contributions be made to Roberts Funeral Home to help assist with funeral expenses.
