Charles J. Haugh, age 90, of East Liverpool, died Friday, December 2, 2011 at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh. Charles was born January 3, 1921 in Wellsville, OH. He is the son of the late William J. and the late Lauretta S. (Schaefer) Haugh. He married Mary Louise Gass on August 3, 1944.

He served in the Army during World War II serving on the European, African, and Middle Eastern Campaigns. He was rewarded with 5 Bronze Stars. He was employed by Former Patterson Industries working in Production Control.

He is survived by one daughter: Dorothy "Dotty" Tarbuck of East Liverpool, OH and one son: Thomas J. Haugh of Wellsville, OH; ; he also has one granddaughter, Andrea LaVigne of Wabasha, MN; 2 Grandsons, Stephen Young of Wellsville, OH. and Jeffrey Haugh of Wellsville, OH.

Predeceased by his Wife, Mary Louise (Gass) Haugh.

The funeral was held 11:00 am on Monday, December 5, 2011 at Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street, Wellsville, OH with Pastor Dirk Hall officiating. Burial was in Riverview Cemetery, East Liverpool.

Calling hours were held on Sunday, December 4 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Roberts Funeral Home.
