Darrel W. Nightingale, age 59, of Wellsville, died Saturday, December 17, 2011, the results of a car-truck accident in Ohioville, PA. Darrel was born August 7, 1952. He is the son of the late Robert and the late Florence (Elliott) Nightingale. He married Barbara Osborn on February 12, 1973.

He was employed by Allegheny-Ludlum as a Crane Operator.

He is survived by his wife: Barbara (Osborn) Nightingale; three sons: Jason Nightingale of N. Canton, OH, Ryan Nightingale of Aurora, OH, Nathan Nightingale of Wellsville, OH; Brother of three sisters: Joan Reed of Wellsville, OH, Janet Campbell of East Liverpool, OH, Betty Oyster of FLA and two brothers: Robert Nightingale of Sweetster, IN, Steve Nightingale of Chester, WV. Predeceased by his Stepmother, Bonavier Nightingale.

The funeral was held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at the Covenant Presbyterian Church, 405 18th Street, Wellsville, OH. with Pastor Kenneth Maylone officiating.
