WELLSVILLE - Debra Joan (Moore) Hazlett, 54, of Wellsville, died suddenly at her home on Friday, November 5, 2010.

She was born on September 13, 1956, in Weirton, W.Va., a daughter of Billy Joe Moore of New Cumberland and the late Mary Ann (Gerbo) Moore.

Debra was a 1974 graduate of Oak Glen High School, a member of the Weirton First United Methodist Church, a member of the American Legion Post 70, and was a loving homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Dwayne Hazlett, whom she married on November 17, 2005; two sons: Ryan D. Gregory and his girlfriend Karman Blakesley of Fairmont, W.Va., and Derek J. Gregory and his girlfriend Emilee Quintrell of Catlett, Va.; a stepson: Jacop R. L. Hazlett of Charlotte, N.C.; a stepdaughter: Jessica L. Hazlett of East Liverpool; two sisters: Priscilla Mavrich and her husband Phil of Coraopolis, Pa., and Gwen Morris and her fianc Rob Myers of Colliers, W.Va.; one brother: Nick Moore and his wife Penny of New Cumberland, W.Va.; two nieces: Miranda Morris and Bree (R. Charles) Lawrence; one nephew: Nickolas Moore; two great nieces; and two great nephews. Also surviving are her in-laws: Lee and Diane Hazlett of Wellsville and her dog Sweet Pea.

The funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm Sunday, November 7, at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street, Wellsville, with Pastor Chuck German of the church officiating.

Friends may call from 2:00 - 4:00 & 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
