Deloris J. "Dee" Bergles-Goddard

STRATTON - Deloris J. "Dee" Bergles-Goddard, 82, of Stratton, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2018, at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville.

She was born June 25, 1936, in Wellsville, the daughter of the late Clarence C. and Edna Mae (Campbell) Peterson. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Diana Buchanan; one step-son, David Bergles; two sisters: Margie McWilliams and Wilma Streets; four brothers: Carl Peterson, Tom Peterson, Elsworth Peterson, and Clarence Peterson; one half-brother, Calvin Campbell; and one grandson, Ronald Mann.

Dee was employed for many years as a waitress at several different area restaurants. She was a member of the Buck Tales Gun Club in Toronto. Dee was associated with the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness.

Survivors include her husband, Edward Goddard, whom she married January 15, 1994; three daughters: Judith Wilson of Stratton, Cindy Ighnat of Wellsville, and Kim Freeman and her husband, Bob, of Wellsville; four step-daughters: Diana Falasca and her husband, Mario, of Toronto, Debbie Sims and her husband, Randy, of Toronto, Susan Haines of Jonesborough, TN, and Peggy Zende of Wintersville, OH; one step-son, Joseph Bergles and his wife, Lisa, of Toronto; and one sister, Dorothy Rovder of Lake Milton, OH. Also surviving are fourteen grandchildren: Joe Rawson, Kenneth (Shawna) Rawson, Kim (Jamie) Rawson, Theresa (Joe) Hendricks, Linda (Greg) Herrick, Jason (April) Mann, William (Rebecca) Mann, Whitney (Ryan) Tingler, Josh Bergles, Joel Sims, Jeremy Young, Rachael Haines, Sarah Guzman, and Edward Zende; and twenty-two great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren.

According to Dee's wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville.
