Dennis L. Morris

EAST LIVERPOOL - Dennis L. Morris, 69, of East Liverpool, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.

He was born June 27, 1953, in East Liverpool, the son of the late Hiram and Leah (Penn) Morris. In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by one brother, Norman Morris, and one grandson, Justin Morris.

Dennis graduated from Stanton Local High School in 1971. He worked as a laborer for the Bruce Mansfield plant for forty-three years before retiring in 2018. Dennis was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. Dennis was Christian by faith.

Survivors include his wife, Amy (Hull) Morris, whom he married in 1979; three children: Matthew (Tina) Morris of Wellsville, Aaron (Roberta) Morris of East Liverpool, and Angela Morris of East Liverpool; one brother, Neil "Mick" (Patricia) Morris of Irondale; and five grandchildren: Michael Morris, Hollie Morris, Isabella Wright, Kimberlee Wright, and RJ "Chief" Wright.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, July 3, 2022, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Crowe of the Irondale United Methodist Church officiating.

Burial will follow in Morning View Cemetery in Irondale.

Friends may call from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Saturday at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville.
