Dominic Michael Drago

MARTINEZ, GA - Dominic Michael Drago, 50, of Martinez, GA, formerly of Wellsville, died Tuesday, August 6, 2013.

He was born February 10, 1963, in East Liverpool, the son of Lucille (Rivelle) Drago of Wellsville and the late Michael Drago.

Dominic graduated from Southern Local High School in 1980. He was employed as a heavy equipment operator and foreman for ODOT from 1984-1998. He also co-owned and operated Drago Construction. Dominic loved his family and was a loyal friend to all. He attended the St. Theresa of Abila Parish in Georgia.

Survivors include three sons: Joseph Frank Drago, Luciano "Luca" Paul Drago, and Dominic Victor Drago, all of Grovetown, GA; their mother Karen (Beggs) McConnell; one sister: Marie Prendes and her husband Robert "Bobby" of Wellsville; one brother: Frank Drago and his wife Lori of Wellsville; one niece: Anna Marie Drago; four nephews: Marcus Prendes, Nicholas Prendes, Michael Drago, and Dominic Drago; and one great-nephew: Amaro Michael Prendes.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at the Holy Trinity Parish in East Liverpool with Rev. Peter Haladej officiating.

Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
