Don T. Brewer, age 87, of Yellow Creek Township, Wellsville, died Monday, January 30, 2012 at home. Don was born January 29, 1925 in Gallipolis, OH. He is the son of the late Albert and the late Stella (Stowers) Brewer. He married Emma Jean Sabol on July 31, 1948.

He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II from 4/23/1943 to 10/10/1945. European African Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon With 4 Bronze Stars. He retired from Crucible Steel as a(n) overhead Craneman in 1982.

He is survived by his wife: Emma Jean (Sabol) Brewer , one daughter: Vickie Lynn Smith (Daryll) of Wellsville and two sons: Don A. Brewer (Judy) and Larry Brewer, both of Wellsville, OH.

He was predeceased by his Daughter, Margaret "George" VanDyne, a Son, William "Bill" Brewer, and 3 Sisters: Lucille Smith, Pat Mims, and Kate Wilson.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street, Wellsville, OH with Pastor Mark Blakeley officiating. Burial will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery, Empire on Thursday, February 2 at 11:00 am.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, February 1 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street, Wellsville, OH.
