Donna Parsons Taylor

HIGHLANDTOWN - Donna Parsons Taylor, 74, of Highlandtown, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at East Liverpool City Hospital.

She was born February 13, 1948, in Highlandtown, the daughter of the late Donald and Mae (Bailey) Talbott. Donna was preceeded in death on September 16, 2021, by her husband George A. Taylor, whom she married November 2, 2001. She was also preceeded in death on May 9, 1991, by her first husband, Viral N. "Bud" Parsons, whom she married in April of 1970.

Donna graduated from Southern Local High School in 1965. She was employed in the food service department at Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort, and she had previously worked for Cardinal Stone.

Survivors include one son, Richard "Rich" Parsons and his wife, Nancy, of Highlandtown; and one sister, Ellen Bach of Newell, WV. Also surviving are four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

According to Donna's wishes, no services will be held. The Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with her arrangements.
