SALINEVILLE - Dwight H. Felton, 93, of Salineville, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Mercy Health in Youngstown.

He was born December 10, 1931, in Jefferson County, Ohio, the son of the late Walter "Con" and Myrtle (Rose) Felton. In addition to his parents, Dwight was preceded in death by two sisters: Shirley and Eleanor Felton; and one brother and sister-in-law, Dwayne and JoAnn Felton.

Dwight graduated from Irondale High School in 1949, and he proudly served in the United States Marines. He was previously employed for thirty-five years as a roller for Timet. Dwight was also a cattle farmer. He was a member of Grants Hill Community Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mildred "Millie" (Burgess) Felton, whom he married June 12, 1965; one son, Mark Hamilton Felton of Salineville; and one sister, Violet Sevek of Massillon, OH. Also surviving are three grandchildren: Sydney Felton, Abby Felton, and Ryker Felton; and two great-grandchildren: Leo and Max.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 13, 2024, at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville, with Pastor Irv Hoover of the church officiating.

Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow in Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
