WELLSVILLE - Edward Dean "Ed" Cline, Sr., 73, of Wellsville, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024, at his home.

He was born May 29, 1951, in Antioch, Ohio, the son of the late Lawrence and Anna Pauline (Hooper) Cline. In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his brother, Rick Cline.

Ed was previously employed as a laborer for Workshops of Gerald E. Henn Pottery in New Waterford.

Survivors include his wife, Penny (Wright) Cline, whom he married July 21, 1972; threes sons: Edward (Melissa) Cline, Jr. of East Liverpool, James (Mary) Cline of Wellsville, and Lawrence (Whitney) Cline of Wellsville; and one sister, Donna (Fred) Elkins of East Liverpool. Also surviving are ten grandchildren: Jamie, Kala, Marie, JJ, Ben, Brad, Gage, Lawrence, and Kane Cline and Elisa Mercer; and two great-grandchildren: Kendric and Graysen Cline.

The funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Dirk Hall of the Living Well Church officiating.

Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
