WELLSVILLE - Garey Lee Williams, 82, of Wellsville, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at The Orchards of East Liverpool.

He was born December 18, 1943, in Somerset, Ohio, the son of the late Kenneth and Robbie (Koonts) Williams. In addition to his parents, Garey was preceded in death by his son, James Williams; one grandson, Dru Stephen Markis, Jr.; and two sisters.

Garey graduated from high school in 1962 and attended trade school. He was a self-employed welder and electrician, but truly a "jack of all trades". He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda (Lane) Williams, whom he married in 1971; four children: Tina (Doug) Spurlock of McConnelsville, OH, Kenneth Williams of McConnelsville, OH, Carolyn Lane (Michael) Powell of Osteen, FL, and Kenna (Alex) Farnsworth of Wellsville; and one sister, Lisa Williams of Sanford, FL. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

In keeping with Garey's wishes, no services will be held.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with assisting the family with his arrangements.
