SMYRNA, TENNESSEE - Holly Ann Cook, 56, of Smyrna, TN, formerly of Wellsville, died Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at StoneCrest Medical Center.

She was born February 18, 1958, in Cleveland, OH, the daughter of Marcella Mae (Gooch) Heckathorn of East Liverpool and the late Robert Heckathorn.

Holly graduated from Wellsville High School in 1977.

Survivors include her husband, Wayne Everett Cook, whom she married September 18, 1990; two sons: Richard Cook and Charlie Cook; her brother: Robert Heckathorn and his wife, Gretchen, of East Palestine; her granddaughter: Britney Caswell; her great-grandson: Garrett Caswell; and her niece: Abby Heckathorn.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, June 16, 2014, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Blakeley of the First Christian Church officiating.

Burial will follow in Yellow Creek Cemetery.

Friends may call from 6:00-8:00 pm Sunday at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville.
