Jack Fields

SALEM - Jack Fields, 88, of Salem, formerly of Wellsville, died Monday, March 9, 2015, at Essex of Salem.

He was born May 29, 1926, in Wellsville, the son of the late Thomas and Nina (Gray) Fields. He was also preceded in death by his grandson, Brian Fields.

Jack was employed as an equipment operator for Dando and HK Porter Brickyards.

Survivors include his wife, Nollie (Messer) Fields, whom he married April 6, 1946; two daughters: Donna Curry and her husband, John, of Key Colony Beach, FL, and Debbie Anthony of NC; two sons: Jack D. Fields and his wife, Kathy, of Leetonia, and Lonnie Fields of Alliance; and three sisters: Joyce Brady of Utica, NY, Jean Toalston of Carrollton, and Norma Wilms of Carrollton. Also surviving are five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

According to Jack's wishes, no services will be held.

Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville was entrusted with arrangements.
