Jacqueline E. "Jackie" Sines

WELLSVILLE - Jacqueline E. "Jackie" Sines, 60, of Wellsville, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017, at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville following a sudden illness.

She was born July 15, 1956, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Jack and Patricia (Brown) Sprouse.

Jackie graduated from Beaver Local High School in 1974. She was employed as a custodian for ShineOn in West Point. She was also a member of the Saddle Horse Committee for Columbiana County's 4-H Program.

Survivors include her husband, Donald L. Sines, whom she married March 1, 1975; one daughter, Tara Cusick and her husband, Jason, of Wellsville; two sisters: Lynette Sprouse of Salem and Lori Sprouse of New Waterford; and three brothers: John Sprouse of Rogers, Bryan Sprouse of East Liverpool, and Lonnie Sprouse of Lisbon. Also surviving are two granddaughters: Megan and Courtney Cusick of Wellsville.

Family visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 pm and friends may call from 6:00-8:00 pm Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville.
