Jeffrey Matthew Campbell

WELLSVILLE - Jeffrey Matthew Campbell, 18, of Wellsville, died Thursday, April 5, 2012.

He was born May 5, 1993, in East Liverpool, the son of Kelly (Campbell) Halfhill and her husband David of Wellsville, and Jonathan Adkins of West Virginia.

Jeffrey was a 2011 graduate of Southern Local High School. He was protestant by faith. Jeff was loved by all who knew him. He was a gentle giant who made everyone smile and laugh with his quick, witty humor. He will be missed for his Jeffy bear hugs. He enjoyed his family and friends who will always hold him dear to their hearts. Jeff enjoyed playing football his senior year with all of his buddies. He also loved playing video games, reading, cooking, and anything to do with computers. Most of all, he will be greatly missed by his sister and his two brothers whom he cherished with all his heart.

Survivors include one sister: Tana Halfhill of Wellsville; and two brothers: Tyler and Zachary Halfhill of Wellsville.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his grandparents: John and Nancy Campbell; and his grandfather: David Halfhill.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Dirk Hall of the Wellsville Church of the Nazarene officiating.

Friends may call from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 pm Monday at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville.
