Jennifer M. Bailey

MUSKOGEE, OK - Jennifer M. Bailey, 43, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2019, at St. Francis Hospital.

She was born May 11, 1975, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late William and Betty (Fishback) Hughes. In addition to her parents, Jennifer was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Beth Hughes, and one brother, William O. Hughes.

Jennifer graduated from Wellsville High School in 1994 and attended the Ohio Valley Business College where she completed her associate degree.

Jennifer is survived by her sister, Helen Hughes, of Wellsville; and her brothers: Randy Hughes of Parkersburg, WV, Richard Hughes and his wife, Mary, of Fort Worth, TX, and Robert Hughes and his wife, Sheila, of Fort Worth, TX. Also surviving are two nephews, two nieces, and one great-nephew.

The funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm on Friday, April 19, 2019, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Seigler officiating.

Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
