SALINEVILLE - Jerry Lee DeSarro, 70, of Salineville, passed away suddenly on March 8, 2025. He was born in Wellsville on May 2, 1954, the son of the late Rosemarie DeSarro, and his grandparents, John and Mary DeSarro, who raised him.

Jerry graduated from Wellsville High School in 1972. He retired as a welder/fabricator in Salem, and also formerly worked at the Homer Laughlin Pottery in Newell, WV.

Jerry was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was very respectful and loved by all who knew him. He was truly a genuine person.

He is also survived by his loving Aunt Antoinette of Canton and many loving cousins who will miss him dearly

Jerry's wishes were to have no calling hours or service. After cremation, he will be buried in St Elizabeth Cemetery in Wellsville alongside his mom and grandparents

who raised him. A private memorial service will be held at a later time.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with Jerry's arrangements.
