Joann T. Meadows

WELLSVILLE - Joann T. Meadows, 74, of Wellsville, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at East Liverpool City Hospital.

She was born December 7, 1946, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Vincent and Josephine (Leon) Caruso.

Joann graduated from Wellsville High School in 1967. She was previously employed as a waitress at the East Liverpool Country Club and Adrian's Restaurant. Joann was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Meadows, whom she married September 18, 1971; two daughters: Kim Potts and her husband, Tony, of Wellsville, and Christina Meadows of Wellsville; one son, Vincent Meadows of New Cumberland, WV; and one sister, Mary Kay Thirtyacre and her husband, Dale, of Wellsville. Also surviving are three grandchildren: Christian (Susan) Adkins, Toni Potts, Alex (Madison) Potts; and five great-grandchildren: DJ, Emmett, Lucas, Maverick, and Maddox.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 5, 2021, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Dirk Hall of the Living Well Church officiating.

Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Thursday at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville.
