WOOSTER - John David Cassidy, 67, of Wooster, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Lifecare Hospice in Wooster.

He was born December 13, 1955, in East Liverpool, the son of the late John L. and Edna "Jean" (Board) Cassidy.

John was employed for twenty-five years for SAM Americas in Mogadore, Ohio, before retiring in 2018.

Survivors include his wife, Roxanne (Stephens) Cassidy, whom he married January 30, 1976; two sons: John David Cassidy, Jr. of Iowa Falls, Iowa and Brian Edward (Jackie) Cassidy of West Salem, Ohio; five sisters: Carol Sue (Daniel) Stolirchick of Wooster; Kathy (David) Grimm, Pamela (Scott) Kelly, and Michelle (Timothy) Koffman, all of Salineville, and Kelly (Scott) Wetzel, of Wellsville; and one brother, Keith Cassidy, of Salineville. Also surviving are two granddaughters: Addie and Rayla Cassidy; and two grandsons: Keeton and Owen Cassidy.

The funeral service will be held at 5:00 PM on Monday, October 23, 2023, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Ted Ludwig of the Everyone's Welcome Church officiating.

Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
