Krista Ann Vallera

WELLSVILLE - Krista Ann Vallera, 48, of Wellsville, passed away unexpectedly from natural causes on Sunday, September 11, 2022, at East Liverpool City Hospital.

She was born August 7, 1974, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late James Vallera and the late Susan Ralston. In addition to her parents, Krista was also preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Jim and Martha Ralston.

Krista graduated from Wellsville High School in 1992 and went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree from Ohio Northern University School of Pharmacology. She was currently employed as a pharmacist at the Calcutta Walmart. She was a member of Riverside Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her son, Liam Powell, at home; her sister, Lindsay McDevitt of Wellsville; her fiance, Erik Powell of Wellsville, and his daughters, Searrah and Lhanden Powell; and niece and nephews: Briella and Landon Rubel and Tylar McDevitt, all of Wellsville. Also surviving is her paternal grandmother, Jean Vallera of Wellsville.

The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, September 16, 2022, at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville, with Pastor Mark Blakeley of the Wellsville First Christian Church officiating.

Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday.

Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
