Lana A. Bucher-Wilkinson

BOARDMAN - Lana A. Bucher-Wilkinson, 72, of Boardman, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at Salem Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family.

Lana was born August 27, 1943, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Harold and Isabelle (Davis) Bucher. In addition to her parents, Lana was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Monte, and four brothers: Allen Nicholson and Raymond, Collin, and William Bucher.

Lana was a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She was very artistic and enjoyed making jewelry to give to family and friends. She also enjoyed reading and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Lana was Christian by faith.

Survivors include three daughters: Tracy Olmstead and her husband, Jim, of Wellsville, Jami While and her husband, Jim, of Boardman, and Tiffany Shaffer and her husband, Todd, of Austintown; one son: Harvey "Duke" McCauley of Chandler, AZ; and two brothers: Jake Nicholson and his wife, Sally, of Glenmoor, and Joseph Bucher and his wife, Mary, of Wellsville. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm Thursday, April 7, 2016, at the Roberts Funeral Home.
