Larry "Joe Joe" White 69, of New Waterford Ohio, passed away at home November 13,2025.  Born February 13, 1956, the son of the late Willie P and Mattie L. (Hicks) White.  Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter Jovania Ann, his companion Denise Stanley, brothers Willie, Leotis, Timothy, David and sister Mae Bell.

He was a 1975 graduate of Wellsville High School and standout basketball player. He was a former employee of Crucible and American Steel.  Joe enjoyed fishing, playing cards and was always a happy go lucky person.

He is survived by one son, Eric J. White, two children whom he helped care for and raise James and Rachel Jones, brother Calvin (Gloria) White and sister Jannie (Udo) Gafiuk. Grandchildren, Eric, Caden, Adonis, Vonetta, Micheala, Chaunzey, Jayonia, great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home from 10:00 - 11:00 am.

Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
