Lenora S. "Nora" Hopper

WELLSVILLE - Lenora S. "Nora" Hopper, 81, of Wellsville, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at her home.

She was born April 25, 1939, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Angelo "Coke" and Mary (Barborak) Ross. In addition to her parents, Nora was preceded in death on April 16, 2014, by her husband, Ronald L. Hopper, whom she married December 31, 1960. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Joanne Daniels; one granddaughter, Abigail Hopper; and one grandson, Christian Hopper.

Nora graduated from Wellsville High School in 1957. She was employed at the former Sterling China Company and as a clerk at JoAnn Fabrics. She was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church in Wellsville.

Survivors include two daughters: Lori Haddox of Wellsville, and Andrea (Billy) Craig of East Liverpool; one son, Christopher Hopper (Dina Vallera) of Salineville; and one sister, Helen Cataldo of East Liverpool. Also surviving are four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

According to Nora's wishes, no services will be held.

Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with Nora's arrangements.
