WELLSVILLE - Lucille Ann "Lou" Drago, 88, of Wellsville, passed away Friday, May 3, 2024, at Calcutta Health Care Center.

She was born August 30, 1935, in Wellsville, the daughter of the late Dominic and Ann (Fusco) Rivelle. In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death on October 24, 2009, by her husband, Michael V. Drago, whom she married September 17, 1955. She was also preceded in death by her son, Dominic Drago, two sisters: Mary (Phillip) DeSenze and Rose (Fritz) Granito; two brothers: Nick Rivelle and Frank (Stormy) Rivelle; one grandson, Nicholas Prendes; one granddaughter, Natalie Marie Prendes; one nephew, Gary Granito; three brothers-in-law: Jerome (Catherine) Drago, Joe (Elizabeth) Drago, and Leonard (Connie) Drago; and one sister-in-law, Marie (Frank) Luckino.

Lou graduated from Wellsville High School in 1954. She was a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. Lucille was a member of the Wellsville Sons of Italy Lodge 657. She was known for her keen sense of fashion and her love of shopping. She enjoyed hosting her family and friends at her home where she loved to prepare meals for them. Lou was a member of Holy Trinity Parish and the former Immaculate Conception Church.

Survivors include two children: Marie (Bobby) Prendes and Frank (Lori) Drago, both of Wellsville; one sister, Mary Ann (Kim) Kennedy of East Liverpool; and two sisters-in-law: Joann Rivelle of Midland, PA and Genevieve (Frank) Sonson of Pittsburgh, PA. Also surviving are seven grandchildren: Marcus Prendes, Michael, Dominic, and Anna Drago, and Joseph, Luca, and Dominic Drago; and three great-grandchildren: Amaro and Lucianna Prendes and Vinnie Drago.

The funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Kim Gadd officiating.

Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
