LISBON - Mary Scarabino, 88, of Lisbon, died Wednesday evening, December 1, 2010, at Omni Manor Nursing Home in Youngstown.

She was born March 22, 1922, in Struthers, OH, a daughter of the late John and Katharina (Shwartz) Faloba.

She was a loving homemaker and Protestant by faith.

Mary was preceded in death by a sister: Elizabeth Leek; and three brothers: John Faloba, George Faloba, and Samuel Faloba.

Survivors include two daughters: Rosemary El Falah and her husband Mohammed of Alexandria, Egypt, and Jennifer Mercer and her husband Charles of Lisbon; two sons: Walter Hucko and his wife Karen of Lisbon, and Joseph N. Scarabino and his wife Ruth of Lisbon; two sisters: Christina "Teenie" Vance of Shawnee, Oklahoma, and Ann Smail of Phoenix, Arizona; and three grandchildren.

The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, December 6, 2010, at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street, Wellsville, with Pastor Dirk Hall of the Wellsville Church of the Nazarene officiating.

Burial will follow in Lisbon Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
