Michael Lee Powell

WELLSVILLE - Michael Lee Powell, 55, of Wellsville, passed away Monday, November 23, 2020, at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville following a brief illness.

He was born November 18, 1965, in York City, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Harding L. and Kay L. (Kauffman) Powell.

Michael graduated from Wellsville High School in 1983 and attended Arizona State University. He was employed as a cook for Shale Tavern in Lisbon. Michael was a member of the Wellsville Eagles Aerie 772 and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. More than anything, he was a lover of life and the king of laughter.

Survivors include his daughter, Megan Powell of Fresno, CA; and his son, Michael "Kai" Powell of Fresno, CA.

According to Michael's wishes, no services will be held.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with his arrangements.
