Milton E. Martin

TOLEDO - Milton E. Martin, 69, of Toledo, formerly of Wellsville, died Thursday, August 1, 2013, at Ebeid Hospice Residence in Sylvania, Ohio.

He was born June 15, 1944, in Wellsville, a son of the late General Lee and Mary Frances (Jackson) Martin.

Milton was a 1963 graduate of Wellsville High School and was Baptist by faith.

He had worked as a machinist at various machine shops and retired as a custodian/maintenance worker for the University of Toledo.

Survivors include one daughter: Loretta (Sean) Manahan of Philadelphia, New York; one son: Andrew (Kinda) Martin of Wellsville; one sister: Patricia (Luther) Pullie of Wellsville; two brothers: John Henry (Verneta) Martin of Wellsville and Paul (Judi) Martin of Lancaster, South Carolina; and six grandchildren.

Milton was preceded in death by two sisters: Charlotte Lee Collins and Joanne Louise Perkins.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
