Minnie M. "Ma" Sims, age 78, formerly of Wellsville, died Monday, January 2, 2012 at the home of her nephew with whom she was residing. Minnie was born January 10, 1933 in East Liverpool, OH. She is the daughter of the late Bradley and the late Ora Emma (Cox) Burns. She married George "Bud" Sims on January 31, 1950, who died on September 14, 2003.

She retired from by Hall China in 1998 as a finisher.

She is survived by her Nephew, Kenneth George Rawson of East Liverpool, with whom she was residing, and several other nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street, Wellsville, OH. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Wellsville on Thursday, January 5.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, January 4 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Roberts Funeral Home.
