WELLSVILLE - Nicholas Allen DaLonzo, 62, of Wellsville, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at his home.

He was born August 1, 1964, in East Liverpool, the son of the late Joseph "Jojo" and Margaret "Peggy" (Green) DaLonzo.

Nick graduated from Wellsville High School in 1982, attended Ohio State University, and obtained his degree to be an x-ray technician from Jefferson Community College. In addition to being a technician, Nick held many jobs over the course of his life, including being a truck driver, and managing DaLonzo's Pizza Shop and then owning DaLonzo's Restaurant for a total of 24 years. He dedicated a huge portion of his life to the restaurant business which he loved so much. He also worked as an engineer at Norfolk Southern Railroad and finally as a bus driver at Beaver County Transit Authority - a job he also enjoyed and was dedicated to. Nick cared so much about people and expressed his love either by cooking amazing food in the restaurant or making sure they got where they needed to go safely as their bus driver. He also gave back to his community of Wellsville, and he served as the Exalted Ruler for many years of the Wellsville Elks Lodge 1040.

Survivors include his son, Nicholas DaLonzo of Decatur, GA; his siblings: Joseph (Beth) DaLonzo of Gahanna, OH, and Melissa DaLonzo of East Liverpool; and his half-sister, Dawn Green-Bergles of Wellsville. Also surviving is his former wife and forever friend, Jacki DaLonzo of Beaver Falls, PA, as well as many loyal friends he leaves behind.

In keeping with Nick's wishes, no services will be observed at this time.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is honored to assist the family with his arrangements.
