WELLSVILLE - Norma Gail Serafy, 78, of Wellsville, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023, at her home.

She was born May 1, 1945, in Virginia Beach, VA, the daughter of the late Elmer Glenn and Mary Kathleen (Maples) Johnson. In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death on October 17, 2019, by her husband, Lawrence Serafy, whom she married August 12, 1963. She was also preceded in death by her son, Larry Serafy, and three sisters: Wanda Pennington, Yvonne Johnson, and Brenda Downs.

Norma was a former managing cosmetologist. She enjoyed playing solitaire, working jigsaw puzzles, and coloring.

Survivors include her daughter, Terry Joy of Wellsville, and one grandson, Robert Joy.

According to Norma's wishes, no services will be held. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with her arrangements.
