Randall Ray "Randy" Mills

WELLSVILLE - Randall Ray "Randy" Mills, 66, of Wellsville, passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021, at his home.

He was born November 10, 1954, in East Liverpool, the son of the late Grant and Flora (Ramsey) Mills. He was also preceded in death by two sisters: Nancy (Smallwood) Champ and Patricia (Smallwood) Tranter; and his niece, Cheryl Riffle.

Randy graduated from Wellsville High School in 1973, and he earned his Bachelor's degree in Foresty from West Virginia University. He was employed as a materials handler for Mountaineer Race Track and Gaming Resort. Randy was a member of the Wellsville Alumni Association.

Survivors include five nieces, two nephews, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

According to Randy's wishes, no services will be held.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with his arrangements.
