EAST LIVERPOOL - Robert Wayne Russell, 65, of East Liverpool, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2026, at East Liverpool City Hospital.

He was born July 18, 1960, in East Liverpool, the son of the late Ruth (Patterson) and Stanley M. Russell, Sr. In addition to his parents, Robert was also preceded in death by his wife, Denise.

Robert previously worked the carnival circuit and was most recently employed as a laborer at the Nestle Factory.

Survivors include his siblings: Clara (Donald) Boley of New Metamoras, OH, Mary Caltrider of St. Mary's, WV, Stanley M. Russell, Jr. of East Liverpool, David (Debbie) Russell of Tennessee, and Donald (Rita) Russell of Crooksville, OH.

According to Robert's wishes, no services will be held.
