Roberta "Robbie" Kapiolani Taggart

SALINEVILLE - Roberta "Robbie" Kapiolani Taggart, 63, of Salineville, passed away Monday, February 25, 2019, at the Cleveland Clinic following a lengthy illness.

She was born February 24, 1956, in Oahu, Hawaii, the daughter of the late Robert and Theda (Moon) Kupukaa. In addition to her parents, Robbie was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Delrosario.

Robbie was employed for over twenty years as a workshop specialist for EDI Central. She was a member of the former Lisbon Community Church and the Lord's Community Church in East Liverpool.

Survivors include her husband, Curtis Taggart, whom she married April 1, 1995; one daughter, Misty Powell of Lisbon; two sons: Jericho Powell and his wife, Fredrique, of Salem, and Damien Powell and his wife, Kay, of West Virginia; one sister, Gail Duncan of Texas; and one brother, Robert Kupukaa and his wife, Sharlene, of Ewa Beach, HI. Also surviving are three grandchildren: Sam Powell, Kennedy Powell, and Presley Powell.

According to Robbie's wishes, no services will be held.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with her arrangements.
