WELLSVILLE - Scott Allen Mayle, 66, of Wellsville, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at East Liverpool City Hospital following a lengthy illness.

He was born January 17, 1960, in Steubenville, the son of the late Sam and Angelina (Pergi) Mayle.

Scott graduated from Mingo High School in 1979. He was previously employed as a truck driver for Weldon Trucking.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia "Patty" (McFall) Mayle, whom he married September 5, 1981; children: Michael (Rachel) Mayle of Rogers, Christopher Mayle of Wellsville, and Maria Mayle of Wellsville; and three brothers and three sisters. Also surviving are three grandchildren: Owen, Colin, and Hannah.

A celebration to honor Scott's life will be held at a later date.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with his arrangements.
