Stephanie Renee Carter-McLaughlin

STEUBENVILLE - Stephanie Renee Carter-McLaughlin, 60, of Steubenville, formerly of Wellsville and East Liverpool, died Wednesday, December 25, 2013, at Trinity Medical Center – West, after a lingering illness.

She was born March 16, 1953, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Russell and Marjorie (Hart) Carter.

Stephanie graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1971 and was a Ware Dresser for Homer Laughlin. She was Baptist by faith.

Survivors include one son: Matthew Alan Carter and his fiancee Chrystal Lancaster; four grandchildren: Dorian Carter, McKenzee Carter, Michael Lancaster and Dalton Lancaster; three sisters: Sharon Andrews of Upper Marlboro, MD, Lauren Michelle "Micki" Alexander of Indianapolis, IN, and Dr. Joye M. Carter of Carlsbad, CA; and several nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street, Wellsville, with Pastor Everett Mitchell of Tower of Power Ministries, Steubenville, officiating.

Friends may call on Monday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00- 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
