SALINEVILLE - Susan A. Day, 77, of Salineville, passed away Friday, April 3, 2026, at her home.

She was born September 13, 1948, in West Point, Ohio, the daughter of the late Howard and Georgia (Barkley) Lightner.

Susan was previously employed in the bakery at Heck's Restaurant. She was also a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She was active in the Eagles and enjoyed attending events there. She was Christian by faith.

Survivors include her husband, David G. Day, whom she married February 27, 1977; children: Sam (Mandy) Day of Columbiana, Terri (Courtland) Kellogg of Salineville, and Mary (Steve) Pruett of Myrtle Beach, SC; and siblings: Marilyn Carlisle of Lisbon, Frank (Rosella) Cunningham of East Liverpool, and Jim (Mary) Tolson of Salem.  Also surviving are seven grandchildren.

According to Susan's wishes, no services will be held.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville assisted her family with arrangements.
