HAMMONDSVILLE - Suzanne M. "Suzie" Workman, 66, of Hammondsville, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer.

She was born December 15, 1959, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Patricia A. (McCune) and Richard Manley, Sr. In addition to her parents, Suzie was preceded in death by her brother, Rick Manley, Jr.

Suzie graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1979. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Suzie loved caring for and riding horses, especially percherons. She was a member of Irondale Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Rick Workman, whom she married September 18, 2004; daughter, Heather (Michael A. Phelps, Jr.) Curran of Hammondsville; step-children: Aaron (Kristin) Workman and Adam Workman, both of Hammondsville; brothers: Scott Manley of the Philippines and Chris Manley of Canton; and her mother-in-law, Sally Workman of Hammondsville. Also surviving are her grandchildren whom she adored: Kristen Carroll and Michael A. Phelps III.

The funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Crowe officiating.

Burial will be in Hammondsville Cemetery.

Family and friends may visit from 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Wednesday at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main Street in Wellsville.
