Tammy Sue Thompson

WELLSVILLE - Tammy Sue Thompson, 43, of Wellsville, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at East Liverpool City Hospital following a lengthy illness.

She was born May 25, 1971, in Salem, the daughter of Mona Ritchea of Salem and the late Scotty Ritchea.

Tammy graduated from Salem High School in 1989. She was employed as a manager at Rich Oil.

Survivors include her husband, Alvan "Dopesy" Thompson, whom she married March 23, 2013; one daughter: Destinee Spann of Wellsville; one son: Joshua Van Horn and his wife, Jackie, of East Liverpool; four step-daughters: Sabrina Thompson, Natalie Thompson, and Amyiah (MiMi) Powell, all of Wellsville, and Olivia Wells of Lisbon; one step-son: James Wells of Lisbon; and one sister: Janice Rosa of Orlando, FL. Also surviving are her niece and nephew: Chloe and Alex Rosa of Orlando, FL, and her grandson: Dominic Van Horn.

The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 4, 2015, at the Roberts Funeral Home.
