SPRING HILL, FL - Vivian Rose Bratt, 102, of Spring Hill, FL, formerly of Wellsville, passed away Monday, February 23, 2026, at her daughter's home.

She was born February 22, 1924, in Wellsville, the daughter of the late George T. and the late Helen (Connor) Smart. In addition to her parents, Vivian was preceded in death on January 29, 1990, by her husband, William F. Bratt, whom she married November 7, 1945.

Vivian graduated from Wellsville High School in 1943. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a 30 year member of the East Liverpool City Hospital Auxiliary and a member of the former First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include three children: William R. (Tonda) Bratt of Highlandtown, Robert J. (Tresa) Bratt of Toronto, and Mary Kay (Pat Boyle) Bratt of Spring Hill, FL. Also surviving are four grandchildren: Shawn, Courtney, Scott, and Kara; and numerous great-grandchildren.

A graveside memorial service conducted by Pastor Mark Blakeley of the Wellsville First Christian Church will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Spring Hill Cemetery, 10th Street Extension in Wellsville.

Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with Vivian's arrangements.
