William C. "Bill" Phenicie

WELLSVILLE - William C. "Bill" Phenicie, 56, of Wellsville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 13, 2017, at his home following a lengthy illness.

He was born September 14, 1960, in East Liverpool, the son of the late Clarence E. and Mary Lou (Moncrief) Phenicie. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Cathy Chase.

Bill graduated from Wellsville High School in 1978. He owned and operated Bill's Service Station in Wellsville for many years.

Survivors include two daughters: Amber Phenicie of Wellsville, and Monica Plunkett and her husband, Andy, of Wellsville; and three grandchildren: Troy Carter, and Sadie and Isiah Plunkett, all of Wellsville. Also surviving is Bill's lifelong friend, Scott Heiney of Wellsville.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, March 16, 2017, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Dirk Hall of the Living Well Church officiating.

Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
